The Code of Conduct: 

1. The Nature of the Platform

The Tallest Stories is an independent digital publishing archive and media platform. All digital audio products, written materials, scripts, and customized design assets (collectively referred to as "Digital Products" or "Bespoke Commissions") are the sole intellectual property of the Studio. By accessing this platform, the User acknowledges and verifies they are an adult aged 18 or over.

2. Bespoke Consulting & Specialized Commissions

Access to customized studio time, specialized text-based communications, or real-time creative consultations (collectively referred to as "Bespoke Services") is handled strictly at the discretion of the Director.

Operational Constraints: Scheduling and delivery windows for Bespoke Services are strictly bound to the operational hours designated by the Studio. Outside of these hours, active queues remain closed.

Vetting & Conduct: The Director reserves the absolute right to terminate any active service or communication channel at her sole discretion, without refund, should a client exhibit behavior that is abusive, disruptive, or falls below professional standards.

3. Communication Channels & Project Coordination

The official contact methods and secure messaging links provided by the Studio are single-purpose tools for order placement, instant booking requests, and project coordination.

Appropriate Use: Communication channels are strictly for transactional coordination, contract scheduling, and verified project inquiries. They are not to be used for casual conversation or unsolicited media.

Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any attempt to utilize official communication channels for harassment, unauthorized solicitation, or to bypass the curated structure of the site will result in an immediate, permanent block across all platform networks.

4. Mutual Discretion & Confidentiality

Discretion is a core corporate standard of our studio operations. We maintain absolute confidentiality regarding our elite client base.

Privacy: The Studio will never disclose the identity, personal details, or contractual arrangements of any client.

Non-Disclosure: Clients are strictly prohibited from recording, archiving, copying, or distributing any proprietary audio tracks, text communications, or digital assets provided by the Studio.

Enforcement: Any unauthorized distribution or breach of this confidentiality clause will be met with immediate legal termination of service and appropriate legal action.

5. Financial Transactions & Digital Delivery

All transactions on the platform utilize secure, automated merchant processing.

Non-Refundable: Due to the non-tangible, immediate delivery nature of digital asset downloads and time-allocated consulting services, all payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

Personal Use License: All purchased media assets are licensed strictly for private, individual entertainment use. Commercial distribution is entirely prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

The Tallest Stories is exclusively a creative fiction, digital media, and narrative entertainment provider. No asset, consultation, or text communication constitutes medical, psychiatric, clinical, or legal advice.
